Beskrivning
We have a room for rent in our lovely newly-built 4 room apartment on Amager. The apartment are very central, so you can bike to most things. Other than that, grocery stores are 100 meters away and Amagerbrogade is 5 minutes walk away.
The room is around 18 m2 and will maybe have a bed and a desk. The room have a big closet built-in, and also access to your own balcony.
You will be living with me, Jacob(31) from Denmark, and Tiago (36) from Portugal. On a normal week we are mostly busy with work or activities or else we just enjoy a very relaxed atmosphere in the apartment. We accept a closed door, and are good at keeping the apartment tidy.
In the rent everything is included except the electricity bill.
We are looking for someone, that have a steady income.
The total price for moving in is around 17.700,- DKK and that is with the first month rent except utilities and the last months rent except utilities.
The room could also be available sooner than the move-in date, if needed.
