I'm looking for two roommates to share a cosy home and many plants with – Could that be you?
WELCOME TO FREDERIKS BRYGGE
The flat is in the new part of Sydhavn. It’s a modern 100 sqm apartment with spacious kitchen & living room and a lovely balcony facing the sun. Just around the corner are a bouldering gym and the canals – so if you're into climbing walls or being in the water, you can go wild here. Close-by you will find Sydhavnstippen & Vestre Kirkegård for some nature, Vesterbro and Islands Brygge can be reached by bike in 10 min, and if you like Italian food, Supermarco is here to save your day. The area is well connected with a bus stop in front of the house, the new metro in walking distance and Sydhavn station not far.
YOUR NEW ROOMMATE
I am Raphael and in my mid-30’s. In my leisure time, I'm quite active and like to spend time with people. I play volleyball, dance lindy hop & tango, boulder and volunteer here & there. I enjoy being in nature, for example to kayak, hike or go camping, and am avidly winter bathing (corona made me do it). When I'm at home, I like to have a chat with my flatmates, cook food (don’t we all cook food anyway?), share a coffee or glass of wine on the balcony, listen to music or enjoy some calm time with a book.
There are no particular expectations in you as a person, so please bring yourself as you are. What matters to me is that you wish to share your home with somebody, not just the rent, and that you proactively contribute to things working. The rest I'm sure we'll figure out :)
