You'll be living with myself, a 29-year-old full-time civil engineer, and Dima, 31-year-old also working full-time. The apartment is located in a fantastic area near Amager Beach, shops, fitness centers, restaurants, and the Øresund metro station - everything is within walking distance!
The monthly rent for the room is 5545kr, with additional 684kr for utilities (heating, water, internet and cable TV), excluding electricity bills every 3 months. The deposit is 10.000kr, and prepaid rent is 5545kr.
