- move in latest December 1st or rent from there.

- i have terminated my lease contract and the apartment is available until january 15. You have to rent at least a month from december, preferably the longest possible until January 15.

7 kvm furnished room woth 140x200 bed + wardrobe, lamp, curtains and everything you need in the shared areas and kitchen.

- Super nice, central and chill location on 4th floor and has a lift/elevator. Nicely connected with the citybus, metro or a biketrip.

- Shared with 3 more. Rasmus studying law, Nora working as an arcitect and Signe, journalist. All in their mid / late 20s. Sweet, chill and outgoing vibes with space to feel at home and do you as long as you don't disturb others.

- Monthy payment is 5200. (4900 rent, 200 heat, 30 internet, 70 electricity)

- Move in price: Rent for 1st month 5200. Deposit 1x 4900. 1x prepaid rent 2600 (covers last 15 days Total 12.700 dkk.) Unless you want it shorter and we can figure something out.
