Double Room By Lakes In Inner Nørrebro

The vacancy is a double room to let. I am seeking a non smoker aged 28+ to rent my ground floor, 20 Sqm room from 9th December to 30th March (possibly longer). The price for this period is 5000 per month. Located in Wesselsgade, near Blågårds Plads and 1 minute walk from the lakes. The building has a beautiful and peaceful communal garden, 10 minutes walk from Forum Metro Station. Shopping possibilities very nearby are Netto, 2 grocery shops, 365 Discount supermarket, Superbrugsen supermarket and small local kiosks.
All bills and WiFi are included. Replies in English, Danish and Swedish welcome. There are 2 beds in the room. One is a single bed and the other is a ceiling bed above the single. You'll be sharing the flat with 1 other person who is a French and English speaking American, retired art teacher. Normally I return to Copenhagen in the early summer, so if a longer rental period suits you and you also travel abroad in the summer then perhaps we can coordinate our travels accordingly.
