WE GUARANTEE AN INTERVIEW IF..
Because we are very explicit about our values, atmosphere and frame that governs our community as stated in our full ad only a few people file an application compared to the average ad in here. That also means that we - without a shred of hesitation - can promise you an interview (physical or online) in timeframe October the 26th from 10.00am-14pm and 27th from 6.00pm-09.00pm, if you answer the 5 points mentioned in our ad, and if you are 23 years or older.

NB. The offer only applies to women or non-binary, in order to pursue a long term gender balance. However if you are male you are most welcome at applying anyway. We can't however guarantee and interview, this will depend on the number of applicants.

ABOUT THE APPARTMENT
The apartment is 128m^2 with a large kitchen dining room, large bathroom with bath/shower/toilet and double sink, 4 double bedrooms approximately 16m^2 one of which appears in the photos. (many of the pictures are panoramic so give them a click to see the whole thing)
