I am in my 40s and work in the film industry as an actor and film maker. I am very interested in healthy living, sports, longevity research and films.

You will have access to a large bathroom, living room, big balcony and a spacious dining kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as access to the laundry basement and bicycle workshop. I have amazing neighbors, amazing green countyard and the room and the area are very quiet—despite being close to everything. The apartment has fast internet (100 Mbps), which is included in the rent. The apartment is 87 square meters.

It is located right by Kongens Have in the Nyboder area. An area full of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. There is access to a laundry basement, a very beautiful courtyard, and a bicycle cellar. It is about a 10-minute walk to Østerport Station from where you can take metro, s-train and regular trains.
