I'm looking for someone to take over a furnished cozy room with sea view starting December 1st in East Amager. The room is part of a spacious 111 sqm apartment that's fully furnished and includes cable TV, Xbox, and everything you need to feel right at home.
You'll be living with myself, a 29-year-old full-time civil engineer, and Dima, 31-year-old also working full-time. The apartment is located in a fantastic area near Amager Beach, shops, fitness centers, restaurants, and the Øresund metro station - everything is within walking distance!
The monthly rent for the room is 5420kr, with additional 684kr for utilities (heating, water, internet and cable TV), excluding electricity bills every 3 months. The deposit is 10.000kr, and prepaid rent is 5420kr.
The rental period is unlimited, and CPR registration is included. The room is perfect for a student, young professional, or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living space.
