SHORT TERM - Cozy big central room

Hi,

- Store Mølle Vej, 2300 Cph S (website don't let me change the 4000 postal code , it is in CPH)
- move in latest November 1st or rent from there.

- i have terminated my lease contract and the apartment is available until january 15. You have to rent at least a from november - december, preferably the longest possible until January 15.

- 17 kvm partly furnished room. It has 4 big cabinets, lamp, curtains. Maybe more.

- Super nice, central and chill location on 4th floor and has a lift/elevator. Nicely connected with the citybus, metro or a biketrip.

- Shared with 3 more. Rasmus studying law, Samil in IT and Signe, journalist. All in their mid / late 20s. Sweet, chill and outgoing vibes with space to feel at home and do you as long as you don't disturb others.

- Monthy payment is 6200. (5900 rent, 200 heat, 30 internet, 70 electricity)

- Move in price: Rent for 1st month 6200. Deposit 1x 5900. 1x prepaid rent (covers last month) 6200. Total 18.300 dkk.

You can expect all of your deposit back if no damage is done and I am large with minor scratches etc. However 600 is yearly taken from your deposit. This is to cover paint and floors which all has to be fixed when I move out.
