Lovely room for rent from 1st March. Renting out due to one roommate moving out after a long period of time. Rent is 6900DKK which includes:- rent, internet, water, electricity, and a cleaner twice a month.
We share all the bills so this is simply 1/3 of the total cost.
Deposit is 2 times rent (13800DKK).
Apartment is 105m2 with a shared balcony. It was brand new less than 10 years ago and the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. You will be living with 2 roommates, one Danish and one British.
The location is less than a 10min walk to a metro station and 10min bike from Central St.
The room needs a bed as the old roommate will take it. However, a wardrobe comes built in and other things will be left behind such as curtains and a light I believe.
