Leaseperiod:
Pendler room: Up to 12 months. 3200 DKK/month incl. Wifi, water, heat and electricity
Fulltime room: Up to 2,5 months. 5200 DKK/month incl. water, heat and electricity

I really like the cultural aspect of having a roomie/guest from another country, but you do speak English well. We prefer non smokers, open and a down-to-earth type of people. I prefer a tenant who has lived alone or with people that are not family.

OBS! It's a requirement that you like children and like to interact with them as I have a outgoing 8,5 year old.

The room:
The room is equipped with a carpet and a bed with storage underneath, a closet, table and chair, shelves on the wall, a mirror and a TV (you need your own streaming subscription).

The apartment:
The apartment has three rooms, a classic "Copenhagen bathroom" and a kitchen with a dishwasher. No common area.

House rules:
Parties, drugs and hard alcohol is not allowed. I expect you to clean up/dry up after yourself, same as I do. My home insurance does not cover you, so you need your own.

The property:
Shared laundry room with fair prices, shared garden with fruit trees, a private garden, it's close to shopping, fitness and public transportation.

About us:
I'm 41 yo (mentally more like 34 yo) and a student. I'm a pretty relaxed person, easy to talk to, and into spiritual stuff and I'm obsessed with my kindle! My 8,5 year old outgoing energetic girl is into theater, fashion, and rollerblades. We also enjoy watching movies and playing boardgames. My former roomie still visits often and sometimes babysit. Naturally we sometimes have playdates during the weekdays, but very rarely during the weekend (it's sacret to me). We're native Danes, but we both speak English.
