- If Magnus moves out you get the opportunity to move into his 14kvm room. That cost 6000 in total.

- move in latest march 1st or rent from there. Unlimited but with one month cancellation notice both ways.

7 kvm furnished room with 140x200 bed + wardrobe, lamp, curtains, desk + chair and everything you need in the shared areas and kitchen.

- Super nice, central and chill location on 1st floor. Nicely connected with the citybus, metro, greenmobility or a biketrip.

- Shared with Magnus and me, Mikkel. Magnus is from Norway working as a pilot for SAS. In his mid 20's. I am 32, starting my new job at Carglass repair in march. Both chill and friendly. The vibe in the home is also chill.

- Monthy payment is 5600. (5200 rent, 200 heat, 30 internet, 170 electricity)

- Move in price: Rent for 1st month 5600. Prepaid rent 1x 5200. 3x deposit 5200 x 3 = 15.600. 26.400 DKK in total. If you don't have revolut or a bank without fees all fees are your own expense.
