Hiii.
We are looking for a new roommate in our three-bedroom mini collective in Sydhavn/Valby from the 1st of October. The apartment is bright and open, only about 200m from København Syd Station, which has metro, S-tog, and trains, and only about 20 minutes by bike into the city center.
The room available is the smallest, at about 8 sqm, and is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, dresser, and a desk. Note that the pictures of the room are a bit old, and the desk is different; there is a dresser now by the window. The total cost per month is 5900 kr, including all utilities. Besides that, there is a 1-month deposit and 1 month prepaid of just rent, so total move-in costs are 16,460kr.
The apartment has an open living/kitchen area that gets amazing light (when the sun actually shines), and there is a good-sized bathroom with a washing machine and a shared dryer in the basement.
A bit about us: We are Kari (she/her) and KC (they/them) + 2 adorable cats Cleo & Aria. We are in our late 20's- mid 30's and both work full-time. I play ice hockey and football several times a week, and KC enjoys rock climbing, reading lots of books, and is starting to write their own novel.
While we do get busy sometimes, we enjoy having dinners or fun nights together both in and out when possible, and aim to be more of a collective rather than a room share. So we hope to find something we both vibe with personally, are queer or queer allies, and that you like cats : )
