The practical:

The apartment is shared with only one other person and consists of three private rooms, a shared kitchen, and a bathroom – there is no shared living room. You’ll have access to an open courtyard, a locked bike cellar, and shared laundry facilities in the building (pay per use). Plenty of grocery stores are within a 2-minute walk, and public transport is easily accessible. CPR registration is possible.
The room:
- Size: 13 m²
- Rent: 5,800 DKK/month (includes water, heating, electricity, and internet)
- Deposit: 11,600 DKK
- Furnished
- Rental period: 6-12 months, with the possibility of extension
Who I'm looking for:
I am looking for a female tenant who appreciates a peaceful and cozy home environment. Ideally someone tidy, responsible with cleaning, and respectful of shared spaces and daily routines.
