I'm looking for people to share a cosy home and many plants – Could you be up for that?
WELCOME TO SYDHAVN
The flat is a modern 100 sqm apartment with spacious kitchen & living room and a lovely balcony facing the sun. Just around the corner are a bouldering gym and the canals – so if you're into climbing walls or being in water, you can go wild here. Close-by you will find Valby Park for some nature, while Vesterbro and main train station can be reached by bike in 10 min. The area is well connected with a bus stop in front of the house and the new metro and Sydhavn & Dybbølsbro station not far.
YOUR NEW ROOMMATE
I am Raphael and in my mid-30’s. In my leisure time, I like spending time with people, doing sports such as volleyball and bouldering, dancing lindy hop and volunteering here & there. I enjoy being outdoors to hike and kayak and I'm an avid winter bather (corona made me do it). When I'm at home, I like to have a chat with my roommates, share a coffee or home-made bread, listen to music or enjoy some calm time with a book.
There are no particular expectations in you as a person, so please bring yourself as you are. What matters to me is that you wish to share a peaceful home, not just the rent, and that you proactively contribute to things working. The rest, I'm sure we'll figure out :)
