It’s quite easy, just follow these steps: 1. Create and build your profile 2. Share your profile on the Findroommate Wall and social media (you never know who your next roommate might be!) 3. Search through profiles to find people who fit your preferences and personality 4. Sign up a Premium membership to start a conversation with them 5. Move in together and have a wonderful time in your new home :)

Yes! Adding a picture to your profile means you're more likely to be contacted by others. You can always add and delete pictures by going to your profile and clicking "Upload/Edit Pictures".

YES! We keep all information such as name, address, phone number, e-mail address secure and secret. You can pass this information on yourself when you feel secure to do so with your contact(s). We don't inform other parties of your information.

Yes please! If you find any bugs or have any problems, contact us using the chat or by sending an email to support@findroommate.com as soon as possible so we can fix it.

Just use the button "forgot username or password" and we will send your information to your email.

Findroommate.com is free to use when searching in the United States. You can create a profile, upload pictures, ad a description, and search for rooms/apartments. If you're using Findroommate to search outside of the US, you have to purchase a Premium membership to contact other profiles and read messages that are sent to you.

Your profile will be active for as long as you want it to be. When you've found a roommate, remember to deactivate your profile.

YES! But it would not be possible without your help. So be sure to make an effort and be honest when filling out your profile or available listing. Also, check your notifications and messages regularly, share your Findroommate profile on social media, and always remember to be yourself when messaging with others! You can delete your profile under "My profile->Edit Account Settings (on top)". There you can delete the profile using the "Delete Profile" link.

You can always cancel your subscription. This is done by going to "My Profile" and then choose "edit account settings" at the top of the page. Your subscription will be closed immediately when you cancel it, and there will not be pulled any more money.
