Hello everyone! My name is Sofia and I’m renting out 2 rooms in a 3-bedroom apartment in Ørestad, 2300 Copenhagen S. Move-in from November 1st, 2026.
I am a 25-year-old Italian girl, and I've been living in Copenhagen for two years. I completed my Master's degree in Diversity and Change Management at CBS last June and now I am working in People & Culture. I'm social and easy-going, and I enjoy spending time with close friends, occasionally hosting them for dinner.
We'd be the first tenants in this brand-new apartment, and the attached pictures are from the viewing event — for reference only.
Bedrooms and living room are unfurnished. Only the kitchen and the bathroom come with standard appliances.

Rooms available:
- Big room (top right corner) (11.31 m²) — 7.400 kr./month
- Small room (bottom right corner) (8.40 m²) — 5.500 kr./month
All utilities (heating, water, electricity) are included in the rent.
Move-in price (deposit: 3 months' rent excl. utilities + first month incl. utilities):
- Big room — ca. 27.780 kr.
- Small room — ca. 20.700 kr.
