Single room at Amager

Hey...I am looking for a female roommate that can rent a room from March.

The room is centrally located in Amager. The appartment is close to metro, shop opportunities and located in a quiet area. There is a park next to the building and you can get to the beach by foot in 15 min. Else, you can reach Copenhagen Center in 30 min. And Malmö Sweden is just one hour away.

The appartment has 2 rooms and your room is 18 square meters, and includes access to hallway, kitcen and bathroom.The appartment will be shared with me. I am 42 years old and have been living in other people's appartment, too, for 4 years.

I’m looking for a roommate who is tidy, also value a clean space and can handle living closely with someone while still respecting each others things and privacy.
