A room is available for rent in Sydhavn (Flydedokken) starting December 1st, 2025. The entire apartment is 103 m² and has three bedrooms. The available room is approximately 9 m².
The apartment features a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. It has a beautiful sea view and a small park with a workout area located right in front of the building. The location is very convenient: it’s just a 3-minute walk to Netto and a 6-minute bike ride to Fisketorvet and Dybbelsbro. It takes approximately 10 minutes to reach Central Station and 15 minutes to get to the city center by bike. Additionally, the bus stop is a 3-minute walk, while the metro station is just 5 minutes away.
The apartment comes furnished, but the room will be mostly unfurnished. The monthly rent is 5,960 DKK, which includes all utilities. The deposit is equivalent to one month's rent, plus one month's prepaid rent for the last month of occupancy. The lease will initially be for one year, with the possibility of extension.
You will be living with two guys from Greece. We are social but value each other's privacy. We are tidy and clean, and we are looking for a similar flatmate.
