I am looking for a new roommate to share a cosy home and many plants with – Could that be you?
WELCOME TO FREDERIKS BRYGGE
The flat is in the new part of Sydhavn. It’s a modern 100 sqm apartment with bathroom, spacious kitchen & living room and a lovely balcony facing the sun and the pretty courtyard. There is also a smaller shared room which can be used by all for work, yoga, drying the laundry and all that jazz. Just around the corner are a bouldering gym and the canals – so if you are into climbing walls or being in the water, you can go wild here. The area is well connected with a bus stop in front of the house, the new metro in walking distance and Sydhavn station close-by.
YOUR NEW ROOMMATE
My name is Raphael, I'm in my mid-30’s, moved to Copenhagen almost ten years ago and have been working in business development. In my leisure time, I'm active and like to spend time with people and in nature. I play volleyball, dance, boulder, just got into kayaking and volunteer here and there. At home, I like to have a chat, enjoy a meal together and share a cup of coffee/ glass of wine on the balcony, while I also appreciate my personal time with a book or listening to music.
There are no particular expectations in you as a person, so please bring yourself as you are. What matters to me is that you wish to share your home with somebody, not just the rent, and that you proactively contribute to things working. The rest I am sure we will figure out :)
