Light quiet room (female)

Situated just by the lakes, in the quiet neighbourhood of Østerbro, a furnished room is available on the 3. floor. The apartment is close to green areas (Østre anlæg and Kastellet). There are lots of shopping and restaurants options nearby. Public transportation bus/metro to the city is just around the corner and the city is less than 10 mins by bike.

YOU:
We prefer a female tenant. You are in Copenhagen on an internship, Erasmus programme doing ex. your master at the university. We are Danish speaking and out of privacy reasons, we also prefer a tenant non-danish speaking and non-smoker.

Please note that you are renting a room in a private home, not a shared flat/community of residence.

THE ROOM:
Is 12sqm and there is guest toilet that will be dedicated to you.
You have access to the kitchen and to our bathroom, where you will find the shower.
You will have your own cupboard in the kitchen and a shelf in the refrigerator.
There is also a dishwasher and washing machine.
The room is furnished with a bed, a desk, lamps and a dresser. There is bed linen, duvet, and pillow available, if you don’t bring your own.

US:
The apartment is 124 sqm and I live here together with my daughter (19 years). She lives here every second week. We live a very quiet life with daily routines. We have been renting the room out for the past 10 years. Mostly for a period from 6-12 months. We are quiet, easy-going, respectful of privacy and knows how to keep things nice and clean. No parties or loud music.
