Cozy and furnished room

Hi,

- Amsterdamvej 5

- move in july 1st

- unlimited but with 1 month cancel notice from both parties

- 15kvm furnished room - 140x200 bed, 6 large drawers, hangers, lamp. The room is not like the the pickture since this is from a previous roommate.

- Super nice, central and chill location on 1st floor. Nicely connected with the citybus or a biketrip.

- Shared with me. I am Mikkel, 28 years old and currently looking to start my work in production of medicine. And one more person who also will move in from july.

- Monthy payment is 5800. (5600 rent, 100 heat, 50 water, 50 internet)

- Move in price: Rent for july 5800. Deposit 3x 5600 = 16.800. 1x prepaid rent (covers last month) 5800. Total 28.400 dkk.

You can expect all of your deposit back if no damage is done and I am large with minor scratches etc. However 600 is yearly taken from your deposit. This is to cover paint and floors which all has to be fixed when I move out. Both short and long term is fine but I would like to know if you know.
