LOOKING FOR A FEMALE ROOMIE IN THE AGE OF 27-35 YEARS OLD for a 10 m2 room at Nørreport Station.
We are going to live close up at each other. Since you need to pass through my room to enter the toilet/bathroom, it will require that you agree that we put up some rules regarding this, and your daily routine matches mine (Quiet around 22-06:30 in the week days)
We will be sharing a livingroom, hallway and kitchen (and the toilet with a bit structure around it). The apartment is newly renovated and very pretty.
Who am I looking for?
I am searching for a roomie who has a wish of prioritising the social, either taking a beer or going for a walk or similar. However, also a space to call home where a closed door is allright. Furthermore, it is important that you want a clean and nice home and have a wish of contributing to this. Additionally, I'm looking for a roomie who is willing to balance that the toilet is in my room and does not need to use the bathroom each midnight.
The monthly price is 5800 DKK for everything, and the deposit is equal to three months of rent.
The room is furnished with a bed and a closet. We can always adapt it to your needs. Your room will be the one on the last two pictures. See the apartment plan as well.
