Dear Future Tenant,

I have a 14m² room available in a three-room apartment (105m²) in Østerbro, centrally located in quiet surroundings.

The move-in date is flexible. I am looking for the right tenant and am not in a hurry.

We might be moving to a bigger apartment in the same neighborhood within the next six months, but you're simply coming with us.

A little about me:

My name is Christian, I am 44 years old and a "weekend father" to my 10-year-old daughter Estella. On a daily basis, I am currently pursuing my master's degree in Medicine at the University of Copenhagen, with a full-time job on the side.

All nationalities are welcome; we speak Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
