Hi there!
We're looking for a calm and friendly flatmate to join us in a cozy 3-room apartment in Nordvest.
Basic info
The room is in Nordvest (Rentemestervej 110, 2400 København NV). The apartment is 67.3 m², located on the 1st floor. It has three rooms: two are connected, but your room has a private entrance from the hallway. We’ll share the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway.
The kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated.
We own a lot of kitchen equipment, that can be shared if treated properly.
Public transport: There’s a bus stop just 5 minutes away, and Nørrebro Station (train + metro) is a 25-minute walk.
About us
We’re Kamila (25) and Nathan (30), a Polish-Danish couple who love nature, board games, and going to the gym. We speak mostly English and Danish at home (Nathan is le...arning Polish, Kamila knows Danish), and we enjoy a cozy, relaxed home vibe.
We cook a lot, and we eat meat, so our kitchen isn't vegetarian or vegan – this is non-negotiable. But of course, we respect your dietary choices and expect the same in return.
The fridge space is sparce, we haven't found a really good solution but we're open to suggestions.
We're open to more than just sharing a space – we enjoy being social, and if a friendship develops, that's even better.

However, if you'd prefer it furnished, we can provide that for a change of total monthly rent to 5000 DKK.
Apartment size: 67.3 m²
Preferred rental period: 1 year or longer
Washing machine in the apartment (and shared laundry room in the basement)
Rent & payment
Monthly rent: 4,500 DKK + utilities (electrical and internet)
(shared utilities will be divided over 3 each month)
Deposit: 1 month's rent (4,500 DKK)
Prepaid rent: 1 month (covers notice period)
Move-in total: 13,500 DKK

Fitness: PureGym (6 min walk), ARCA CrossFit (8 min walk) and public indoor swimmingpool center (5 min walk).

You’re friendly, calm, and tidy. You pay rent on time and don’t have pets (sorry, not allowed by landlord). Gender doesn’t matter – what matters is shared respect and communication.
We value a peaceful home with mutual consideration for shared spaces. For example, if you plan to use the kitchen for longer periods, a heads-up is appreciated. We believe in thoughtful sharing, not a "first come, first served" approach.
