Hi! We are looking for calm and friendly flatmate to join us in a cozy apartment in Nord Vest.
Basic information
Room is located in a beautiful and very calm area in Nord Vest (Rentemestervej 110, 2400 København). It is 67 m², three-room apartment on 1st floor. Two rooms are connected, your room is going to have separate entrance from corridor. Our shared space will be bathroom, kitchen and corridor. Both bathroom and kitchen, are newly renovated. Bathroom is big and bright thanks to window. Closest forms of transport to centrum, is bus only 5 min walk from apartment and Nørrebro station, with train and metro 25min walk away.
About us
We are a Polish-Danish fun and nature loving couple- Kamila (23) and Nathan (28). We like to spend our time in a nature, at the gym, language cafe ...or relaxing at home.
We are an international couple which means that we’re mainly speaking english together. Kamila is learning Danish and Nathan is learning Polish.
We are often making food at home, and we are not vegan, so there will be meat eating, which is non-negotiable.
We’re open to being social as flatmates and open to it being a friendship instead of just a housing relationship.
Practical information
Room will be ready for rental from 1st August. We are also moving in that time.
Room approximate size: Waiting for landlord to give us the exact square meters.
Apartment size: 67,3 m2
Preferred rental period- over 1 year
We are going to have a washing machine, there is also a washing room with dryer and washing machine available in the basement of the apartment complex.
Pricing information
Rent 4000kr. + utilities.
The rent is prepaid every 3rd month in advance from September. It might be necessary for us to ask for it prepaid as the landlord is asking from us.
Deposit is one month rent.
There will also be a month prepaid rent which will cover the notice period of a month.
Therefore, moving in price will be 12.000 Danish crowns.

Pure gym located just 6 min walk away and an ARCA Crossfit center 8 min walk away.
Beautiful lake (Utterslev Mose) located just 6 min away by bike and little pond in a local square just beside our apartment.

We’re looking for nice, peaceful and tidy flatmate, pays rent on time and has no pets (as it’s not allowed). Gender doesn’t matter for us, as long as we can find a common language and understanding of a good way to share apartment.
