Beskrivning
We, Gabriela (BA student at KADK/intern, 25) and Julia (working with marketing, 27) and Ojan (MA student at CBS, 25) are looking for a roomie who wants to join our easy going flat share from March 1st!
The room is located in a nice and quiet area on Islands Brygge, near Langebro.
Some facts about the room:
- 11m2, unfurnished
- rent is 4.500 DKK incl. electricity and heat (excl. internet)
- moving in costs are 31.500 DKK in total (3 months deposit + 3 months prepaid rent + 1 month rent)
- CPR registration possible
- 2 year contract with the possibility of prolonging it
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, balcony, a rather large bathroom and a shared kitchen-dining area. There is a cellar and communal courtyard.
We like to keep the flat tidy and when we have extra time we like to cook/bake, brunch, play games, go for walks together etc. It’s also important to us to be mindful of each other and respect our downtime :)
