1-3 rooms for rent i Gentofte.
Dear all, three of my tenants are moving from my shared 4 room + living room apartment so I'm looking for one or several calm and orderly person(so) to rent a partly furnished room in the apartment. A master student, PhD, postdoc or professional. One person per room only.
The apartment is located in quiet, beautiful and safe Gentofte, 8 km north of Copenhagen Town Hall Square, close to nature / Gentofte Lake, well located in relation to DTU (5 km). The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The rooms are 8-11 sqm and costs 5300-5400 kr / month + 450 kr. consumption/utilities. Deposit 15000 DKK. Rental period 1-2 years or longer. Move in September 1st. CPR address ok.
