Hello there,
I have a wonderful newly furniture cozy room for rent for a single person. non.smoker.
* The room has now gotten blackout curtains.
*The bed can turn out to double the size, towels og two set of bedding is provided.
* There is laundry room were you can wash and dry.
* There is Wifi and price inkl all bills...
* Toilet paper, and kitchen rolls, soap is provided by the host.
* Cleaning of the place is provided by the host, you do the basic clean after yourself, as dishes and your room.
* You are welcome to use the kitchen spices, oils and all equipment in the kitchen.
* Possibility of extra storage space in my basement.
* Free street parking space for car out side.
My selv, female, single, a business owner, quit, privat but easy going and friendly.
I dont listen to loud music, put on earplugs if i want to listen to music. My home is a place to rest and recharge my energy.
You can bike to the city in 20 min, train takes 10 min and buses about 15-20 min. 2 min walk to buses and 5 min to talk.
I have a small dog, sweet and quit, a shih tzu so if you have any kind of allergy this race are known to have close to human hair chemistry.
The area around is beautiful, with Utterslev Mose green natur park just 5 min walk, great place for a run, close to food shopping.
The location is a gem were you can enjoy a peaceful time and yet be close to the city.
