Its a Villa 1.floor- 2 family house in a green area near parks and lake.
We live upstairs with a lovely wiew to green areas. Lots of sports areas nearby. Garden and bike shad .
Nice quiet linear train 300meter and metro 10min walk to Lindevang and Flintholm metro and bus : few min walk- in the best area of beautiful Frederiksberg in Copenhagen.
I rent out one room .
We like to keep it very tidy and we made a shower and WC for the renter. - you will have a bathroom your own wc/shower in the cellar.
We all keep it nice and clean, also your own Washing mashine in the bathroom in the cellar.
The heating,light wifi included.in your rent.
Kitchen only acces for water and light cooking, dish washing ect..
Refrigerator in your room.
We can make dinner together from time to time. you have to be a tidy and clean person.
Lots of nice good take out and shopping in this area. TV wifi in-room also water kettle and nespresso coffeemaker.
Linens and towels, fully furnished with - sleeper, desk.
Very quietly area surrounded with green areas. lots of sports clubs and swim ect.halls.
