Looking for a roommate for a new apartment on Frederiksberg.

Hi there!

I’m looking for a calm and easygoing roommate to share my cozy apartment in Frederiksberg, just a 10-minute walk from CBS.

The room is available until June 1st 2027.

A little about me:
I’m a full-time student at KEA in Copenhagen, studying Economics and IT. Alongside my studies, I work around 15–20 hours a week as a data analyst.

In my free time, I usually go to the gym a couple of evenings a week, relax in front of my PC, or watch cycling on TV.

I’d be happy to occasionally share a meal or have a chat about the day, but I also really value personal space and privacy — both yours and mine.

I generally prefer a quiet, relaxed, and comfortable atmosphere at home, so I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset.

A few practical details:

The room is furnished, although it doesn’t currently have an office chair or desk. If you have your own, that’s perfect. Otherwise, I have a dining chair you can use.

The apartment is modern and was built in 2020.

There is an elevator in the building.

Very fast 1000/1000 Mbit internet.

The rent is 7,500 DKK per month, all-inclusive. This covers heating, water, electricity, high-speed internet, use of the washing machine and dryer, as well as household essentials such as toilet paper, kitchen roll, cooking oil, salt, pepper, spices, bed linen, towels, etc.

CPR registration is possible.
