We are looking for a person to rent out the remaining bedroom in our beautiful apartment!

There are 1.5 bathrooms, a dishwasher, washer and dryer. You will get access to the shared living and kitchen space as well as the huge open outdoor terrace. Off of the outdoor terrace is access to large enclosed storage room. Building is equipped with an elevator! Building has bike parking outside, as well as kayak and paddleboard storage in the basement.

The bedroom has built-in closet with lots of space and comes with a bed, along with a desk and a chair. Size of room is approximately 14 meters square.

CPR registration available.

8 min walk to Netto and Spar. Lots of cafés and restaurants around. 20 min walk to the Sydhavn St. train station. Closest metro is Sluseholmen which is located across the street.

Must be okay with cats. I have a chubby and sometimes shy cat named Nori who confines herself mostly to my room or the living room.

Move in cost: First month rent + deposit equal to one month rent.
