- move in latest july 1st
- unlimited but with 1 month cancel notice from both parties
- 7kvm furnished room - 140x200 bed, 4 large drawers, hangers, desk, lamp, curtain. The room is not exactly like the the pickture since this is from a previous roommate.
- Super nice, central and chill location on 1st floor. Nicely connected with the citybus or a biketrip.
- Shared with me. I am Mikkel, 30 years old and currently looking to start my work in production of medicine. And one more person who also will move in from jule.
- Monthy payment is 5700 everything included. (5300 rent, 200 heat, 50 water, 100 electricity, 50 internet)
- Move in price: Rent for june 5700. Deposit 3x 5300 = 15.900. 1x prepaid rent (covers last month) 5700. Total 27.300 dkk.
You can expect all of your deposit back if no damage is done and I am large with minor scratches etc. However 600 is yearly taken from your deposit. This is to cover paint and floors which all has to be fixed when I move out. Both short and long term is fine but I would like to know if you know.
