Looking for a tenant for around start/mid Januar

Looking for a Tenant to my Cozy Valby Apartment short term.
(thinking 10th of January until the 28th of March)

Hey there! I’m a Danish woman living in a cozy 70 kvm apartment in Valby, just a short walk from Ålholm Station. I’m looking for a tenant or commuter (late 20s to late 40s) who respects the rainbow—both in color and spirit!

I tend to travel and work remotely 2 - 3 months at the time, which I am gonna do now.

What I’m looking for:
Someone responsible, trustworthy, considerate, and just a good human-being.
Someone who respect the no smoking indoors and a love for keeping things fairly clean.

Gonna lock my room off that is 8 kvm, so the rest 62 kvm is all yours.

The rent is including all = electricity, water, heat and internet.
