Looking for a roommate for 01/01/2026

Are you potentially our future roommate?

We are searching for a responsible, tidy, kind, and respectful individual who naturally doesn't smoke.

The apartment is situated in Sluseholmen, a picturesque area in Copenhagen close to the city, green spaces, and canals. It comes equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and more. The living room is spacious, and furnished with a TV, coffee table, and sofas for relaxation, casual conversations, or movie nights. A generous bathroom and a 10m² balcony add to the appeal. Nearby, you'll find various shopping options and quaint stores.

Transportation is excellent — Metro M4 right next to the building, plus bus, harbor bus, and S-train connections. It’s about 15 minutes by bike to the city center and a 10-minute walk to the train station.

You'll be sharing the apartment with Nicolás, a Ryanair’s flying attendant, and me a full-time architect and BJJ instructor. Both of us are in our 30s and originally from Argentina. We regularly engage in sports, enjoy occasional meals together, and prioritize each other's privacy.

Monthly rent: DKK 7,500 + Electricity + Internet.
Deposit: 2 months
Electricity is typically around DKK 200-250/month per person, depending on usage.
Internet 113 month per person.
All other services are included.
CPR registration is available.

The move-in date is preferably the 2nd of January, but we are flexible :)
