I am renting out a bedroom, in a fully furnished 121m2 spacious flat. The room is roughly 8m2, with access to large common areas, including living room, kitchen, hallways, bathroom and balcony. In the kitchen you will find all necessary utensils, including a dish washer.
The room has a large 140x200 bed, drawers, desk, lighting, hangers and chair. In the hallway, there is additional space for hanging clothes in a builtin closet.
The area is quite and within convenient walking distance to grocery shopping, gym, parks, university and public transport.
You will be staying with friendly academic roommates.
The rent includes wifi, water, electricity, heat and it is possible to CPR-Register here.
On bike it takes about 10 minutes to CBS and 20 minutes to the city centre. Furthermore there is great public transport connection by 24 bus or train from 2 nearby stations.
