Im looking for a funny roomate for the coming three months (or longer) - move in date ASAP.
If you are cleanly, well organized and have a good sense of humor I would love to receive a message from you!
I am looking for a female tenant with an active lifestyle, who eats healthy and cares about the space!
Whats important to me is that you take care of the space and appreciate a nice clean home.
I like dancing, eating clean and high vibe living- for this reason I ask of a tenant with similar qualities.
Vegetarian is a must
Location
The apartment is located in gl. Sydhavnen
5 mins walk from both m4 line and sjælør station, which makes it an excellent location to reach the center in less than 15 mins!
Valby pakken is very close by with a huge rose garden and a cozy cafe, not to mention the public library is very close by as well with a rich nature life just close by (Sydhavnstippen)
Practicals
Washing is done in the basement by booking a time- you’ll order your own little tap to top up, per wash is approx 16 kr with own detergent
2 bedroom apartment, we share entrance, kitchen and bathroom which is fairly new
Which is also why I like to keep it neat and clean!
There is a closet in the room already you can have your stuff in, there is a one person bed, a couch and table with chairs for dining. You are also welcome to bring your own bed :)
I work in a day care as and as a healer- for this reason my home environment is precious and its important to keep it like that
