Room with balcony available in top floor apartment at Amager

We are looking for at roommate to our top floor apartment, at Amager, close til the metro, Amager strandpark and yet just 10 minutes on bike to Kongens Nytorv. The room is partly furnished and you will share kitchen and dining/livingroom and bathroom with us and another roomie. We have a washing machine and a dishwasher and the shared area is very spatial and has great morning and evening balconies.

We are looking for a responsible, tidy and nice person and we think you are around thirty.
