Beskrivning
The apartment is located centrally in Frederiksberg/Copenhagen; very close to the Lakes (for a stroll or a coffee); the fancy part of Nørrebro; and within walking distance from Vesterbro; Central Copenhagen; the universities, etc. Forum Metro Station is only 2 minutes walk away.
There is a shared garden, friendly neighbors and lots of cafes, etc. in the area.
The room is 21 m2. The walls are a beautiful light blue colour and the floors are wooden (difficult to take a nice photo of the colours). There is plenty of space for a work station (WiFi included) and a 'living room'.
The room is furnished with a big cupboard (for all your stuff), a mirror, lamp, bed, desk, chair and bookcase.
In the kitchen you find a small table and 2 chairs that you are welcome to use as well.
We are a small family: Mum, boy 10, girl 14. The children are calm and won't enter your room. We are friendly and helpful but are also busy in our own every life.
We are looking for a smiling and easy going tenant that finds mutual respect for each other natural.
