In Østerbro, right next to Poul Henningson's plads metro station and several bus stops. 10 minute walk to Svanemøllen station. Next to a Netto and Østerbro library. Fælledparken is located just across the road. Good bakeries nearby.

Availability:
Available for move in, preferably 1. January. The initial contract runs until 15. November 2026 with the possibility of extension.

Sharing with:
A scientist in their early 30s, from England. Hobbies include: baking, improv comedy, reading books, food, bouldering.I’m tidy, calm, respectful and value clear communication.

Looking for:
someone calm, queer-friendly, enjoys the odd chat (occasional boardgames/drinks/movie nights optional), will help to keep the place clean. Someone who doesn't want to host parties with very loud music - social gatherings e.g. friends for dinner is fine :) .
