- Close to Field’s Mall
- Right next to Kalvebod Fælled – a massive, 20 km² protected nature area (which even has its own golf course).

The Apartment is spread over two floors:
- First floor: Open-plan kitchen and living room
- Second floor: Two bedrooms and the bathroom
- Modern apartment built in 2010, with lots of natural light, and really well soundproofed (can’t hear neighbors at all)
