Roommates to share a studio

Dear friends,

If you want to find a place instead of a hostel or hotel before moving into your permanent room, or you want to find a place for a short time, my studio might be a good option for you.

-Location: 50 m to the Metro (M2, Femøren). 600 m to the sea and beach.
-The studio: 28 sqm and 4 sqm storage room. Private bathroom and kitchen.
-No CPR registration.
-The bed: A bunk bed for a maximum of 2 guests. So, we shared the studio. This stay is like a hostel.
-Public areas including games, movies, study, kitchen room and a big terrace on the roof.

-Fee: Around 190 dkk/night/person. A low deposition of 500 dkk for reserving a bed. It includes everything (also bed stuffs).
-Time: Move in anytime if a bed is available. Book at least one week and less than 8 weeks. Prolonging the days of staying is also possible.

-Me: male, 28-year-old. Clean, friendly and do not smoke. Work as a researcher in KU.
-You: mainly for students or young workers. Preferred male.
