In a magnificent, recently renovated old apartment behind the Glyptothek, I am offering to sublet a large bedroom with its own private bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
We can share a very large, convivial kitchen and a central dining room.
You'll have your own fridge-freezer in your room. The shared washing machine and tumble dryer are in the second bathroom (mine).
The building has a basement perfectly equipped to accommodate a bicycle.
I work from time to time from home, and appreciate a peaceful, quiet atmosphere around me to do so.
I must also say that I have a sweet but very smart, playful and social little cat, so I would appreciate a flat mate who is also a pet lover and has an empathetic personality.
We're ideally located with
- Netto just down the street 20 meters away, the amazing Sats Blox sports center a 5-minute walk away, and the amazing natural sea and winter bathing / Sauna "Winter Island" less than 200 meters around. Not even forgetting Tivoli and the world famous Glyptothek, just around the corner.
- transports: the central train station is merely a 8-minute walk away, there are 3 Donkey bicycle stations around / less than 50 meters away, same goes for bus stations.
Enjoy being at the heart of Copenhagen, with quick access to all part of the cities and the magnificent Glyptothek right around the corner, to spend relaxing hours in a beautiful garden in sommer time and cosy moments in their palm tree covered inner court in winter time.
