We are renting out a room in our flatshare centrally located close to Lille Langebro - around 5 min from Rådhuspladsen by bike. The room is around 6m2 and will come furnished with a bed, desk and cabinet, as well as a drawer in the living room that you can use.
We are looking for a new long-term roommate from mid-October or the 1st of November.
The rent is 5400kr + 300kr prepaid water and heating monthly.
You will live with three roommates from Germany, Spain and Italy respectively, as well as my cat Ronja. We are in our mid-twenties to early thirties, and all three of us are calm people on the introverted side that appreciate each other's company, but also spend a lot of time at home simply relaxing by ourselves in our rooms. We are therefore looking for someone who shares the vision of our flat as a calm base to come home to. We have a birthday party or other gathering now and then, but do not throw big parties on the regular. We appreciate cleanliness and have dedicated cleaning tasks, as well as a regular big house cleaning every few weeks.
The flat is queer-friendly and anti-racist and it is important to us that you are as well.
