Fully furnished room in clean and cosy flat with friendly and calm flatmates, who prefer to come home to a quiet apartment after a long day of work (e.g. we prefer that visitors are kept to a minimum)

I expect you to work a full time job (away from home), take good care of the flat, leave your stuff in your room rather than in the common areas and clean up after yourself in the kitchen, living room and bathroom at all times.
