Hi,
- Photos of the room are old from my last roommate, since I haven´t received photos from Magnus who goes back to Norway.
- 4 room apartment, 3 bedrooms
- Apartment sold from November 13 2026, move in and out is flexible within this time, ask for it. Possible to move into next apartment with me. That is in Nørrebro near Sigynsgade, which I will get from start November, so we can make a smooth move, if all works out and I get the contract, depends if I can show them a employers contract, since they are quite strict with that stuff.
- 14 kvm furnished room with 140x200 bed + wardrobe, lamp, curtains, desk + chair and everything you need in the shared areas and kitchen.
- Super nice, central and chill location on 1st floor. Nicely connected with the citybus, metro, Greenmobility or a biketrip.
- Shared with me, Mikkel. I am 32, on the hunt for my next job. I like to travel, festivals, chill and such standard things. I want a home with a friendly, relaxed, clean vibe. I mostly do my own thing and prefer not to be best friends, but of course still a nice friendly vibe with good communication but no strings attached. I speak English, Spanish, Danish and Portuguese quite well.
- I have some Airbnb bookings of my own room you have to be okay with in September and October.
- Monthy payment is 6000. (5600 rent, 200 heat + water, 30 internet, 170 electricity)
- Move in price:
Rent for 1st month 6000.
Prepaid rent: 5600. This is covering your last month living in the apartment.
Deposit: 5600 = 17.200 DKK in total. If you don't have revolut or a bank without fees all fees are your own expense. All cleaning stuff, toiletpaper shared in 3 in Tricount.
