Hello everyone! My name is Sofia and I’m renting out a room in a 3-bedroom apartment in Ørestad, 2300 Copenhagen S.

Move-in date: November 1st, 2026.

I am a 25-year-old Italian girl, and I've been living in Copenhagen for two years. I completed my Master's degree in Diversity and Change Management at CBS last June and now I am working in People & Culture. I'm social and easy-going, and I enjoy spending time with close friends, occasionally hosting them for dinner.

We'd be the first tenants in this brand-new apartment, and the attached pictures are from the viewing event — for reference only.

Bedrooms and living room are unfurnished. Only the kitchen and the bathroom come with standard appliances.

Room available: 9 m2 with built-in wardrobe (room in the middle on the floor plan) - 6.077 DKK/month
