I am renting out a room for ONE tidy person with common sense, non-smoker, busy with study or work, at a convenient location very close to Amager Strand Metro station (8 minutes to Kongens Nytorv and 6 minutes to the airport), with grocery (Rema & Lidl), gym (Sats), a surreal beach nearby, access to rooftop terrace, shared bathroom and kitchen with all amenities & furniture as seen in pictures. All utilities (high speed internet, electricity, water, hitting, CPR) included, 6000 DKK rent, 3000 DKK (half month) deposit, accommodation period greater than or equal to 6 months, inquiries by email or phone.
