Cozy room in Nørrebro, Copenhagen

Hello!

My name is Mads, and I am looking for a tenant to come and live with me in my cozy Nørrebro apartment.

The room in question is 13 square meters and largely unfurnished except for a bed and a hanger for clothes, which can both be removed - and because I know it comes up frequently, yes, CPR REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE <3

The apartment is around 65 m2, and features a stacked, ready-to-use kitchen with washing machine, as well as a shared cozy living room with a balcony, TV, various entertainment systems, dinner-table, couch, as well as a small bathroom.

The apartment is located close to the lovely lakes in central Copenhagen, and has several metro-stations, buses and trains within a 5-10 minute walking distance.

The ideal tenant is a neat, friendly, thoughtful and chill person, who doesn’t mind sharing the space and who either works or studies in and around Copenhagen.

The rent is 6000 a month, and includes wi-fi and general amenities.
The deposit is equal to two months rent - one month of prepaid rent as well as a deposit for damages to the room.

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, but sadly no pets.

Ideally I’d like to keep a calm apartment in the weekdays, but outside company is welcome on the weekends.
