Hi, we have a room for rent in our household.
The room is not the largest approx 9 sqm and is furnished with a double size bed and closet with full body mirror. There is a living room with sofa, tv, and dining table. We also have a bathroom with a full size shower and kitchen with a dishwasher.
The person applying for the room should be fine with not hosting parties and having most social activities take place outside the apartment. The same goes for us of course. It doenst mean we can never have guest, it just means we also try to respect each others need for a calm base.
Apartment is located on Islands Brygge so nearby there is water, Amager Fælled, and metro.
The apartment doesn’t have kitchen suction/ventilation (it’s an old Copenhagen building). Because of that, we’re ideally looking for someone who doesn’t mind keeping cooking relatively light—not frying a lot of strong-smelling food every day. Of course, cooing is totally fine—it’s just more about the style and frequency so there is room for everyone.
