Our roommate is moving out, and we are looking for somebody to take over her room from March 1st at the earliest. We have a cozy 3 bed apartment located a 10 minutes walk away from Amagerbro station, 5 minutes by the 5C bus and generally close to shops and public transportation.
Rent: 6183,33 including aconto heating & water
Other utilities: Wifi: 100 kr. Electricity: Varies, but could be expected to be around 100-150 kr/month, depending on the season.
Deposit: 18000 DKK
Important: This is a time-limited lease. Our contract is up in August 2027, where the landlords will be returning to Copenhagen.
The room is 7*8m2, with a window on the courtyard side so it's nice and quiet at night. It comes with a storage cabinet and our current flatmate will be leaving her furnishing behind, so if ...you're new to Copenhagen let us know how much of it you want to keep! The apartment has a washer/dryer, as well as a dishwasher.
We generally aren’t a party house, though we do have cozy gatherings (we always check if it's OK to have people over so you don't have to worry if you want a quiet evening), often watch TV or have a takeaway together, and host the occasional birthday/New Years Eve party which you're very welcome to as well!
We have a cleaning schedule to keep the place nice and enjoyable for everyone.
We are looking for somebody who wants a calm place, LGBTQ friendly, non smoker, with no pets (unfortunately pets are completely off-limits in our contract!).
You would be staying with two people:
Camille, 31, French (they/them), currently works in a cafe/restaurant - they enjoy gaming, drawing and going to the gym, really likes to cook and has a ton of photos of their pet goats to show you (The goats are back in France, not in the apartment)
Lho, 36, Danish (they/them) is also an animator who loves to draw, go for long walks, listen to audiobooks and podcasts. Lho has a long-distance partner in London who sometimes comes to visit, but usually doesn't stay at the flat.
Lho is doing homeoffice at the moment, but that will change in April and remain that way for the rest of the year.
